LTD was originally established in 2000 in the Wenbo Technology Industrial zone, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a total existing plant area of over 8000 square meters. The Jilu company is a professional business, manufacturing various types of luggage accessories. The accessories are mainly aimed at mid to high-end luggage products for internal and overseas markets. The whole production process including design, molding, plastic injection pipe punching, and assembly, is completed in our own facilities, supported by our internal supply chain. The list of production facilities includes: Molding Workshop: Responsible for plastic mold production, products customized and personalized according to customer requirements, and service development. Injection Molding Workshop:Responsible for injection molding of plastic parts, with more than 30 sets of medium and large-sized injection molding machines. The fully automatic manipulator operates 24 hours a day to ensure orders are delivered on schedule. Pipe Punching Workshop: Responsible for punching position holes for the tie rod and pipe fittings, with 35 sets of semi-automatic punching machines and four fully automatic punching machines that are able to operate 24 hours a day to fulfill customer orders. Assembling Workshop:Assembly of pipe fittings, glue fitting, and hardware for universal wheels and trolley handles. The company utlizes a semi-automatic assembly line to assemble the finished products, thereby improving labor productivity and ensuring consistent product quality.The plant also has a professional test center, equipped with a swing test machine, a vibration testing machine for trolley handles, a wheel running test machine, and various other types of testing equipment. In addition there is an engineering department and an R&D technology department to meet the specific needs of each customer.The Jilu company has always adhered to the maxim "quality first, reputation first, timely supply, customer first."
